At Habesha Land, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations, which is why we've created a straightforward returns and refunds policy.

Return Policy Overview

30-Day Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Original Condition

Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached.

Refund Options

Choose between original payment method refund or store credit with 10% bonus.

How to Return an Item

  1. Log in to your Habesha Land account and navigate to your order history.
  2. Select the order containing the item you wish to return.
  3. Click on "Return Item" and follow the instructions to generate a return authorization.
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible.
  5. Attach the return shipping label to your package (if applicable).
  6. Drop off the package at the specified shipping carrier.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after inspection.

Refund Options:

  • Original Payment Method: We'll refund the full purchase amount to the original payment method used.
  • Store Credit: Receive 110% of your purchase amount as store credit for future purchases.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Food items and spices once opened
  • Personal care products once opened or with broken seals
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Digital products or downloadable items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Returns due to our error

If you received an incorrect or defective item, Habesha Land will cover the return shipping costs.

Change of mind returns

For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs (approximately R60-R120 depending on size and weight).
